2-seater apartment: $200 per resident/month, inclusive of all taxes.

3-seater apartment: $135 per resident/month, inclusive of all taxes.

One-bed apartment fee per month: $400 including all taxes.

Apartment (approx. 22 sq.m.) with private bathroom, shared washing machine space, and kitchen:

2-seater apartment: $150 per resident, inclusive of all taxes.

3-seater apartment: $100 per resident, inclusive of all taxes.

One-bed apartment fee per month: $300 including all taxes.
