2-seater apartment: $300 per resident/month, inclusive of all taxes.

3-seater apartment: $250 per resident/month, inclusive of all taxes.

Apartment (approx. 22 sq.m.) with private bathroom, shared washing machine space, and kitchen:

2-seater apartment: $250 per resident, inclusive of all taxes.

3-seater apartment: $170 per resident, inclusive of all taxes.
